New week, new goals!!

Recently I have put on way more weight than I would have liked. I am trying to change my unhealthy habits and get back to my happy place.

I decided to try this new app Noom. It’s different than any of the other weight loss programs out there. It actually works on teaching you positive healthy habits and still enjoy food  So… hopefully it works.

Since I have gained the weight I notice a big difference in my energy level and how my skin looks. So,  it’s really important for me to get back on track  i always feel better when i am eating healthy. I  will update you on my journey ahead and my experiences with Noom.  Here’s to a skinny summer ahead!!!
